Build and operate backend systems for a multi-carrier logistics platform, spanning package lifecycle, pricing, tracking, third-party integrations, and shared engineering foundations.

• Develop and operate backend systems across package creation and lifecycle, pricing, tracking, and third-party logistics integrations within a team responsible for 17 express and 3 instant delivery providers.
• Served as primary implementer of a production Go and Nuxt configuration application that allows new business-process configurations to be managed at runtime without changing, rebuilding, or redeploying consuming Go and PHP services.
• Built and rolled out the standard outbound HTTP client for new Go services and outbound integration code, unifying request, configuration, and error-handling patterns while supporting incremental migration from the legacy client.
• Designed a shared validator and integrated it into the production Fiber service engine to standardize request binding, validation, and error responses for new services, with partial adoption across existing APIs.

• Promoted from Technical Lead to balance hands-on technical delivery with management of a 10+ person reporting scope spanning Technical Leads, software and frontend engineers, vendor staff, freelancers, and an intern.
• Oversaw four concurrent active projects through direct technical leadership and delegation to Technical Leads, including two systems brought to production under direct ownership.
• Reduced observed end-to-end deployment time from approximately 30 to 15 minutes across about five projects by introducing GitHub Actions, self-hosted runners, layered Docker builds, and Microsoft Teams notifications; the workflow became the Development Office standard and was later adopted independently by the Product department.
